The video tutorial & demo below shows you how to move domain names away from StarGate.com by first releasing their registry lock:
1. Ensure that the domain you wish to transfer is actively registered at StarGate.com by checking it on their website.
2. Click on the “LOGIN” link on the upper right portion of the page.
3. Login to your account at Stargate.com.
4. In the Username boxes provided, enter the email address you are using for your account and the corresponding Password.
5. In Click the “Login” button.
6. From the menu bar on the top left portion of the page, select the “Domains” link.
7. A pop-up will appear. Choose “List Last 10”.
8. Select the domain name you wish to transfer by clicking on the “Domain Name – Click to Manage” link placed on its right side.
9. Look for the “Lock/Unlock” button found at the leftmost part of the screen.
10. “Un-check” the box referring to the Customer Lock option by clicking.
11. Click “Update”.
12. You may now log out of your Stargate.com account. Click the “Sign Out” button on the topmost right part of the page.
13. The video has just shown you how to un-lock domain names you wish to transfer from your current Stargate.com registry to a new one.
