Helm is a web hosting control panel that boasts easy-to-use, flexible and centralized control panel that can easily manage your customer base, an integrated communication system to let your users keep up with important notifications such as payment reminders or notifications. Its extensive billing system will also help you when it comes to your customers’ use of the service and can automatically charge them depending on what deal you made with them depending on the payment terms — be it on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. The costs are cheaper too but efficiency is never compromised. The built-in billing system allows the customers to receive payment notifications and they have options to either pay for the web hosting services by PayPal, credit card, bank transfers and check.
Generating reports is also one of the features of Helm; you can choose the time and date when the system would automatically generate a report of all the accounts. The “Mix and Match” or Multi-server management of Helm is also one of its advantages. It means it can run and serve multiple and different providers on just one machine.
