Sending email messages to invalid email addresses is inevitable. cPanel enables users to create Default (Catch All) Email Accounts so that all mail sent to invalid email addresses will be sent back to a specific account.
You can do this by following these steps:
1. Login to cPanel.
2. After logging in, you’ll be directed to the homepage of your account in cPanel. Set a Default or catch all email address by clicking on the Default Address link.
3. The Set Default Address page will appear.
4. This page is where you will set your default address that will catch all mail sent to an undefined email address. All those mail will be sent to the default address that your will enter in the Forward to email address field. There is a default pop address in the page that acts as your default catch all address which will be replaced with the address that you will type in the field. Type your default email address and hit the Change button.
5. After changing the address, you’ll be directed to the Default Address Maintenance page informing you that your default email address has been set. Click the Home button on the upper left corner.
6. End of tutorial. You are now capable of setting your default (catch all) email account.
