Updating your personal details, particularly your contact information like email address, is an essential task for every reseller. The information listed in your account are the data that Helm use to contact you. For instance, you have forgotten your password. Helm sends your password to the email address that you have saved in the personal details section.

Follow these steps so you can edit your personal details in Helm:

1. To keep your personal details in Helm up-to-date, first login to your Helm control panel account as a reseller.

2. Locate the “My Login” icon and click it.

3. You will then be directed to the “My Login” page where you can modify your personal details including your name, email address and other relevant information.

4. Update your name in the field labeled “First Name” and “Last Name.”

5. You can as well change your login email address in the “Login Email Address” field of the same page.

6. When you are done updating, simply click the “Save” icon at the bottom right portion of the page.

7. A notification will then show on the page stating that your updates have been saved successfully.

8. Anytime you need to update your personal details, all you need to do is to return to the page and make the changes.

9. Then, always save so the changes will take effect.
