Logging in to your Helm Reseller account is just a breeze. All you need is your Helm account name, login and password.
Follow these instructions to learn how to login to your helm account:
1. Before you can login to Helm, you must first open an internet browser window and go to the URL specified by your reseller plan provider. A login page will then show asking for your account name, login name and password. Your customers will also see the same login page whenever they access their individual accounts.
2. To login to Helm, key in your reseller account in the field labeled “Account Name.”
3. Then enter your reseller login name in the field labeled “Login Name” and password in the field labeled “password.”
4. If you forgot your password, simply click the link “Forgot Password” and the password will be sent to your email account.
5. You may also select the language settings when you access your account. If not, you can leave the field labeled language and use the default English settings.
6. If you are done with the previous steps, simply click the “Login” button and you will be directed to the Webhosting Control System page.
7. You have successfully logged in to your Helm reseller account if your reseller control panel shows on screen. This is where you can start setting up your hosting plans, manage users, create new user accounts and utilize the many features that your plan provides.
8. If you want to logout of Helm, simply click the “Logout” button that appears at the upper right corner of the page. You will then again be directed to the Helm’s login page if you have successfully logged out from your account.
