How to Login to Helm

As soon as you have received your welcome message, you are ready to manage your Helm account.

To do so, you will need to login to your account by following these steps:

How to Login to Helm

1. Before you continue logging in to Helm, open your internet browser and go to the URL given by your web hosting provider. The login page should show field boxes asking for your login name, account name and password.

2. Login to Helm, by first entering your Helm account in the “Account Name” field. Your account name has been given to you in your welcome email.

3. Then, enter your login name in the “Login Name” field and your password in the “password” field. If you have forgotten your password, just click the “Forgot Password” link. Helm will then send your password to your email account.

4. The language settings can also be changed if you desire by selecting your preferred language from the drop-down selection box labeled “Language.” If you do not wish to modify this, the default English settings will be used by the system.

5. After you are done with step 4, just click the “Login” button to proceed.

6. The Helm control panel will them show on the screen if you are successfully logged in. This is where you can start setting up your sub-domains, email addresses, databases and other features.

7. To logout from your Helm account, just click the “Logout” button at the upper right corner of the control panel page. This will then direct you to the login page again.
