1. Open your Helm control panel and log in as a reseller.

2. To begin setting up vouchers, click the “My Shop” icon in the Main Menu.

3. Next, click the “Vouchers” icon.

4. Click the “Add” button to add a voucher.

5. The code that you will give out to customers has to be entered in the “Voucher Code” field. This code will allow them to retrieve their discount.

6. Click on the field and then type in the voucher code.

7. Next, type in a brief description of the voucher in the “Description” field below.

8. Below the “Description” field, the “Worth” field can be seen. This is where the worth or value of the voucher should be entered.

9. Click on the field and type in the worth of the voucher.

10. Using this feature, you may also set the voucher’s availability. Start and end dates can be chosen under “Availability.” To choose the start date, click the calendar image button next to the “Start Date” field. A pop-up calendar will appear.

11. Click on the desired month, day, and year on the pop-up calendar. The chosen start date will now be displayed on the “Start Date” field.

12. Next, click the calendar image button beside the “End Date” field. Select the desired end date on the pop-up calendar.

13. Click the “Save” button when finished.

14. The voucher has now been successfully added. You will return to the “Vouchers” page and see the newly added voucher on the list. Click “Home” on the menu bar to go back to the homepage.
