A large part of web hosting is the bandwidth and disk space use. Without these two components, a website will fail miserably. Bandwidth is the speed of data transfer across a server to the website itself. The disk space is the amount of space used in storing data and information of the website. Depending on the web host account or package that you purchase, there is a designated amount of bandwidth and disk space that comes with the account. When the website has reached its bandwidth or disk space limit, chances are, the website will crash. It is always important to know the bandwidth and disk space limit for your account as this will help you manage your web hosting account well.

Some web hosting service providers don’t have notification or warning system to inform the certain user that he has already exceeded his bandwidth or disk space limits. Helm 4 has an integrated, built-in notification system that can warn users automatically when they have already reached their bandwidth and disk space limit. It has an integrated communication system in it, notifying your users when a limit is reached and it is fairly easy to do. By configuring these settings, the overusage notifications can automatically warn your users by emailing them the notification. You can even add a message to the notification. You can also opt to receive a notification that a certain user has already reached their bandwidth or disk space limit.
