How to Use Index Manager in cPanel

The Index Manager allows you to customize the way a directory will be shown on your dashboard. It would enable you to manage how directories on your website are presented. When there is no index.html file in a specified directory, the contents of that directory will be shown in a browser. This may cause security problems. This is why you need to make use of the proper settings that would prevent other users from accessing your directory and, of course, your files.
