In case you cannot log in to your Helm account because you have forgotten your password, do not panic. Just utilize the password reminder feature of Helm. Helm’s password reminder feature lets a user reset their password in case it has been forgotten by prompting the user for his email address and sending details on how to reset the password via the given email address.

To use the password reminder in Helm, simply follow these steps:

1. First, pull up your most preferred internet browser and go to Helm’s main login page.

2. Click the “Forgot Password” link in the main login page. This link should be located just below the Login fields.

3. After clicking the latter link, a new page will then show asking for your email address. Input the email address that you should have entered the Helm system.

4. Then click the “Submit” button to continue.

5. A notification will then show onscreen stating that details of how to reset your password has been sent to the given email address.

6. Check your email and look for the message recently sent by Helm. This message should contain instructions on how to reset your password. Follow these instructions carefully.
