These logs will provide you with information on historical status changes, alerts, or actions taken to complete a task.
This tutorial will show you how to view your Virtual Private Server (VPS) logs in Power Panel:
1. Log in to your Virtuozzo Power Panel.
2. Go to the Logs menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Under this menu, you will find the “Status Changes” link. Click on this to begin viewing your VPS logs.
4. You will then be directed to a page which lists down the history of status changes in your VPS. You will be able to see previous status and the status obtained.
5. To view the Quality of Service (QoS) logs, look at the Logs menu once again and find the “QoS Alerts” link. Click on this.
6. You will then be directed to a page where QoS Alerts are logged. Logs are made when your VPS reaches the limit of any of your hardware resource, or is very close to that limit. If there are no such cases, a notification will tell you that No Alerts are logged.
7. You may also look at the Actions Log in your VPS. To do this, click on the “Actions Log” link which is also under the Logs menu.
8. You will be then directed to an Actions Log page. Here, you will see all actions taken in connection to your VPS management, specifically those performed through Power Panel.
9. Scroll down to view more of the list of actions. You can also check out the details of each specific action by clicking on its “Details” link.
10. When you click on this link, a new window on “Task Details” opens. From this page, you can see everything that took place regarding that action log – from the time that it started until it was completed.
11. When you are finished viewing the details, close the window.
12. Scroll up the Actions Log page and click on the “Top” link to return to the main screen. You now know how to view your VPS logs in Power Panel.
